Notes: Described in marriage register entry of 20 June 1828 as "Marjory MacIntosh daughter to James MacIntosh Tenant Tigh an fhraoich both parties from this Parish of Dunlichitie".  Clovendale is not presently identified. Tigh an fhraoich [the house in/on the heather/moor]  is thought to be Tenroich, a now-derelict house on Aberarder estate, Strathnairn. Shown as Tynrich on OS 25 inch to mile, Inverness-shire (Mainland) sheet 30, surveyed 1871 published 1875; Tynrish was a farmstead situated to the west of Duchallow, and lying beneath Stac Gorm on the north west edge of Strathnairn at Croachy.
